Hades’ Star is a unique online space strategy game. You are in control of a growing Empire, starting with a single planet in your own corner of space. Over time, you’ll expand to own multiple outposts, command a formidable fleet, research advanced technology, participate in diverse missions and manage relationships with other players in the game.

• Colonize numerous planets and watch them grow from lifeless rocks to central hubs of activity.

Its a pretty good game, the major drawback seems to be boredom though (which is a game killer lol). I wouldn’t mention it except theres alot of ppl feeling the same way.
If you’re spending money you’re ok. If you’re ftp then get ready for gold farming that never ends and the speed of your ships is sooooo sloooow that it takes forever 😭 they even have a building for speeding it up alot 😫 thats how bad it is lol, unfortunately the building is expensive and has a HUGE cooldown (i think it starts at 20 hours?) that only gets better with upgrading it (which as i said, will take forever lol). Hence ftp are screwed to play the game like an ‘idle farmer’ half the time or more. ☹️
The major perk is there are NO GAMEPLAY RESTRICTIONS! No stamina, no energy, no “cooldowns on collecting” more stuff or doing pvp. You can just play freely whenever u want, however you want for as long as u want. Finally companies are getting some stuff right 🤣
You casual players and farmers will love this thing. You get your own isolated solar system, no need to worry about being slaughtered constantly 😄 its a pretty great and social community too 🤟🏻
PS: There is one catch though for the drawback btw. If you love pvp and competition then gold isn’t a big problem for awhile. Raiding red and blue stars is great, so pvpers really get an advantage on this game. 🤠
PPS: i also noticed their privacy agreement is a little better than most, for those of us who care about that 😜

Great Game
Fun, interesting game with fantastic detail and graphics. Small details like how embers from dying planets and particles from asteroids blow away from the star, how little ships move across the surface of colonized planets, and even how the moons of planets orbit as real life time progresses are just great. Micromanaging shipments for credits with the shipment computer is engaging. Chaining shipment routes efficiently prevents the player from having to turn to a new app while they wait. Combat and coordination during red star levels are great.
Data usage is low with moderate battery usage on the iPhone 5s.
TL;DR: Played it, loved it, would highly reccommend.
Solid game, but..
Please work towards a better system for moving ships around. Can be frustrating constantly clicking wrong directions and losing ships as a result, plus being able to move ships to the same place by selecting them as a group, rather than moving them one by one, would be a huge convenience. Otherwise fantastic game and would recommend without a doubt!
