I can't use chat and emotes in battle

Due to my phone, I can't use chat and emotes in battle, because my phone camera occupies the screen, the phone is iPhone11 promax, I hope the developers can adapt this phone.

Can’t enjoy the game like it was

I played this game 7 months ago, before all the huge changes came. At the time when I played the game with my friends, our phones (older models) would always get hot, but never will it crash, nor will it ever force us to go back to our home screens
But now, whenever we play, we can’t even play for 5 minutes without the game crashing on our phones. I think it’s very annoying and if it’s not fixed, I will stop playing the game again because I can’t even play the game without crashing every 5 minutes... And that’s with me applying all the best options (lowest graphics, lowest FPS, which is 30FPS)
However, I think there is a solution. Maybe you (the developers) can introduce a low power option that makes the game more playable on older devices. Maybe allow an option to lower the frame rate and graphics even more for the older devices. Because I think 30 FPS is unnecessary for casual playing.
Just giving ideas... But if you (the developers) can fix the issue of often crashes
in-game, I think a lot of people will thank you.

Pay2Win

Single player is a bit of fun. Multi-player team events where you all work together are good, but some last far too long. PvP and capture the flag etc…are out and out pay2win once you rank up to about 21, as you have to play level 27 players who have one shot one kill weapons. Totally pointless playing them!

Developers, how about fixing this major problem with the game? Every time I’ve found myself in this position, I just vacate the game straight away.
